Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Add any optional toppings if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
