A delicious and easy dish combining savory turkey, sweet cranberry sauce, and creamy cheese wrapped in flaky crescent rolls, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or cream cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet, overlapping slightly to form a ring.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, cranberry sauce, cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the filling onto the wide ends of the crescent dough, forming a circular mound. Gently fold the pointed ends of the dough over the filling, tucking them under the base to seal.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the ring cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm, optionally with extra cranberry sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
