Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh corn (or canned corn, drained)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cornbread mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh corn, sour cream, cream-style corn, melted butter, honey, and beaten eggs.
  3. Add the cornbread mix, salt, and black pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
