Ingredients
- 1 whole turkey breast
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced onion and celery until soft.
- Add the cranberries, thyme, sage, and breadcrumbs, then mix in the chicken broth to combine.
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper, then spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the turkey.
- Roll the turkey breast tightly and secure it with kitchen twine.
- Place in a roasting pan and bake for about 1.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
