Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey breast
  • 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté diced onion and celery until soft.
  3. Add the cranberries, thyme, sage, and breadcrumbs, then mix in the chicken broth to combine.
