Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked short-grain rice
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 4 sheets roasted seaweed (nori)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the tuna, Kewpie mayonnaise, sriracha, green onions, and salt until well combined.
- Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, then take a handful of rice (about 1/2 cup) and mold it into a triangle shape.
- Make a small indentation in the center of the rice triangle and fill it with the spicy tuna mixture.
- Close the rice around the filling and reshape it into a triangle if needed.
- Wrap with a strip of roasted seaweed.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or pack for a snack or picnic.
Notes
For the best texture, use sticky short-grain rice. Adjust the sriracha for your preferred spice level.
