A delicious fusion of flavors, this Spicy Tuna and Creamy Crab Sushi Bake is an easy alternative to traditional sushi, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.
Ingredients
- ½ lb Imitation Crab
- ¼ cup Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Masago
- 2 cans Tuna (soaked in oil)
- 3 tbsp Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Rice
- Sushi Seasoning
Instructions
- Mix rice and Sushi Seasoning to make sushi rice.
- Layer the Sushi Rice on the bottom of the dish.
- Add a layer of Masago on top.
- Add Furikake on top.
- Add a layer of half Creamy Crab on one side, and half Spicy Tuna on the other.
- Drizzle on more Japanese Mayo and Furikake.
- Put in the broiler for 3-5 minutes until crispy at the top.
Notes
Serve with crispy seaweed on the side and add extra soy sauce or wasabi for a kick. For best texture, use fresh sushi rice.
