Description

A delicious fusion of flavors, this Spicy Tuna and Creamy Crab Sushi Bake is an easy alternative to traditional sushi, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • ½ lb Imitation Crab
  • ¼ cup Japanese Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Ponzu Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Masago
  • 2 cans Tuna (soaked in oil)
  • 3 tbsp Japanese Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Korean Chili Paste
  • 1 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Rice
  • Sushi Seasoning


Instructions

  1. Mix rice and Sushi Seasoning to make sushi rice.
  2. Layer the Sushi Rice on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Add a layer of Masago on top.
  4. Add Furikake on top.
  5. Add a layer of half Creamy Crab on one side, and half Spicy Tuna on the other.
  6. Drizzle on more Japanese Mayo and Furikake.
  7. Put in the broiler for 3-5 minutes until crispy at the top.

Notes

Serve with crispy seaweed on the side and add extra soy sauce or wasabi for a kick. For best texture, use fresh sushi rice.
