Description

A comforting and easy-to-prepare dish combining green beans with a creamy sauce and crunchy onions, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of green beans, drained
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of French fried onions
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the French fried onions on top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using homemade cream of mushroom soup. You can add cooked bacon or ham pieces for a meatier version. Make sure to drain the green beans well.
