Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker, and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) to 480 minutes (8 hours) or on high for 180 minutes (3 hours) to 240 minutes (4 hours), until the pork is tender.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and add it to the sauce in the last 30 minutes of cooking. Use bone-in pork chops for extra flavor.
