Soft and indulgent pancakes packed with savory ham and melted cheese, perfect for brunch.
Ingredients
- 130 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 110 ml of skim milk
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of ham
- 5 to 10 slices of cheese (according to your taste)
Instructions
- Begin by cutting ham and cheese into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, skim milk, and yogurt. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a ladle of batter onto the skillet, then add a few pieces of ham and cheese on top. Cover with another ladle of batter.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Once cooked, place the pancakes on a plate and keep warm while cooking the rest.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses and meats for variety. Serve warm with fresh herbs or yogurt.
