Description

Quick and delicious breakfast roll-ups filled with scrambled eggs and sausage, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a pan over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. Cook the sausage links, then crumble them and mix with the scrambled eggs.
  5. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
  6. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end and place it on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
