Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend the raspberries, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, then add the chia seeds and whisk together until well combined.
- Place in the fridge to set for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe, fresh raspberries and adjust the sweetness as desired.
