Description

Delightful mini puff pastries filled with whipped cream and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into small squares or circles, about 3 inches wide.
  3. Place the pastry pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  4. While the pastries bake, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Once pastries are cool, cut them in half, fill with whipped cream, and add sliced strawberries on top. Place the top layer back on.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and enjoy!

Notes

Best eaten right after making. Store puff pastries and cream separately in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
