Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fried onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes and then drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and half of the fried onions.
- Add the blanched green beans to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining fried onions.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
