Description

A hearty Full English Breakfast featuring sausages, eggs, baked beans, and more, perfect for impressing family and friends.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Baked Beans (Canned or Homemade)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 links Chicken Sausages
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 8 pieces of Mushroom
  • 4 large Eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Spring onions (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the baked beans, either canned or homemade for extra flavor.
  2. Slice and toast the bread with some butter until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In a large frying pan, heat oil and add chicken sausages, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Cook on medium to low heat until well seared and cooked through.
  4. Make room in the pan and add butter to fry at least a couple of eggs seasoned with salt and pepper, cooked to your liking.
  5. Plate your breakfast by arranging chicken sausages, fried eggs, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, and baked beans on a plate. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve hot alongside tea or coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
