Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add chopped spinach, feta cheese, and any optional ingredients like onion and bell pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into the cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
