Ingredients
- 4 bagels
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut the bagels in half and spread the creamy mixture evenly over each half.
- Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
