Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese block, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup caramel dip
- 2 tbsp toffee bits
- 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- Apples for dipping
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to combine evenly.
- Heat up the caramel dip in the microwave until it is pourable, using 15-second intervals to check the consistency.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
- Top with toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts.
- Dip fresh apple slices into the dip and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 5 days. Keep apples separate from the dip to maintain freshness.
