Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese block, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup caramel dip
  • 2 tbsp toffee bits
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • Apples for dipping


Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to combine evenly.
  2. Heat up the caramel dip in the microwave until it is pourable, using 15-second intervals to check the consistency.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts.
  6. Dip fresh apple slices into the dip and enjoy!
