Description

A delicious and nutritious chocolate protein pudding, perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • ½ cup shelled hemp seeds (60g)
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds (55g)
  • ¼ cup cacao powder (25g)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1½ cups unsweetened soya milk (375ml)
  • Soya yoghurt, banana, and cacao nibs (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Put all the pudding ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into 3 glasses.
  4. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, top with optional soya yoghurt, banana slices, and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving if it thickens.
