Description
A delicious and nutritious chocolate protein pudding, perfect for a snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- ½ cup shelled hemp seeds (60g)
- ⅓ cup chia seeds (55g)
- ¼ cup cacao powder (25g)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1½ cups unsweetened soya milk (375ml)
- Soya yoghurt, banana, and cacao nibs (for topping)
Instructions
- Put all the pudding ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into 3 glasses.
- Refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
- When ready to serve, top with optional soya yoghurt, banana slices, and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving if it thickens.
