Description
A delightful and nutritious twist on traditional banana bread, made with ripe bananas, oat flour, and coconut sugar.
Ingredients
- 3 spotty bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Few shakes cinnamon
- Chocolate chips (to mix into batter and for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Top with extra chocolate chips.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let it cool, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use very ripe bananas. Store tightly wrapped at room temperature or refrigerate.
