Description

A delightful and nutritious twist on traditional banana bread, made with ripe bananas, oat flour, and coconut sugar.


Ingredients

  • 3 spotty bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Few shakes cinnamon
  • Chocolate chips (to mix into batter and for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and pour the mixture into the loaf pan. Top with extra chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let it cool, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use very ripe bananas. Store tightly wrapped at room temperature or refrigerate.
