Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Zest of 1 lemon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat honey over medium heat until it starts to caramelize and turn dark. Remove from heat.
