A quick and healthy breakfast wrap loaded with scrambled eggs, cheese, and fresh vegetables, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or a little oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray or add a little oil.
- Pour in the beaten eggs and cook them, stirring gently, until they are scrambled and fully cooked.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cheese to the eggs, mixing everything together until the cheese melts.
- Place the egg mixture in the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Grill the wrap in the same skillet for a minute on each side for a crispy finish, if desired.
Notes
