Description

A quick and healthy breakfast wrap loaded with scrambled eggs, cheese, and fresh vegetables, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or spinach)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or a little oil


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray it with cooking spray or add a little oil.
  3. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook them, stirring gently, until they are scrambled and fully cooked.
  4. Add the chopped vegetables and cheese to the eggs, mixing everything together until the cheese melts.
  5. Place the egg mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
