Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can apple pie filling
- Butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake tortillas for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each tortilla shell with cheesecake filling.
- Top with warm apple pie filling.

Notes
For a crunchier taco, bake the tortillas a little longer. Feel free to use homemade apple pie filling for a personal touch.
