Description

A delicious and filling dish combining eggs, vegetables, and spices, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Roughly Sliced Onion
  • 1 Cup Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Roughly Chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil


Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, tomato, and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add all spices and salt to the mixture, then mix everything well.
  4. Sauté for another minute, then make space in the pan for the eggs and crack the eggs into that space.
  5. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  6. Serve hot with fresh bread or on its own.
