A delicious and filling dish combining eggs, vegetables, and spices, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Roughly Sliced Onion
- 1 Cup Tomato
- 1/2 Cup Roughly Chopped Green Bell Pepper
- 2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
Instructions
- Heat some oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, tomato, and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add all spices and salt to the mixture, then mix everything well.
- Sauté for another minute, then make space in the pan for the eggs and crack the eggs into that space.
- Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot with fresh bread or on its own.
