  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour


Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in the eggs and flour, mixing until well combined.
  3. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour the batter onto the skillet in 1/4 cup scoops.
